Toyota Takeover - Silver Lake Sand Dunes

SPONSORED BY: NEW HOLLAND OVERLAND LLC Welcome to the 2023 Annual Toyota Take-Over! Previous years we've had over 150 rigs attend, and we hope to grow even more this year! This makes this event the largest gathering of Toyota vehicles in Michigan!!

THIS IS A MEETUP STYLE EVENT (No Vendors) The meetup location will take place on the far northeast corner of the dunes (Behind test-hill), we will have a tent and some vehicles to mark where the meetup is happening. The event starts at 11am, please plan on arriving from 11am-12pm in order to be in the group photo. If you arrive after 12:30 then you will miss out in the group photo... *The group photo will be at 12:30pm (Taken by drone)

WEATHER: The event happens rain or shine...we have a couple 10x10 tents but you should plan to bring a rain jacket if it does rain.

IMPORTANT: *You will need ORV/ORV Trail stickers. You will also need a front-mounted dune flag, which can be purchased at Duneland Off-Road Center just outside the park. If you have questions about SLSD dune rules for your vehicle, please message us or contact MI DNR. ***PLEASE KNOW THE RULES OF THE DUNES, AND BE AWARE OF SIGNAGE AROUND THE DUNES*** Please do not drivebeyond any of the dune border barriers, this was a major issue again last year. You also need to be aware of directional signage, these are put in place for the safety of all at the dunes. BEFORE you go on the dunes it is highly recommended you read the rules of the dunes
